We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service in a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling protocols
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food industry standards
Valuable communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
