What You Will Do
● Act as a stylist by creating personalized wardrobe solutions and memorable customer experiences
● Coach the team on customer service,
product knowledge, current fashion trends, and company programs
● Monitor sales performance and take action to support the achievement of store targets
● Assist with receiving merchandise, price changes, shipping orders and transfers, and maintaining store standards
● Foster a vibrant, energetic, and enjoyable environment for both customers and employees
What We're Looking For
● Experience in a retail store management role
● Robust passion for women's fashion and exceptional customer service
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
● Availability to work retail floor hours, including evenings and weekends
