Snapshot of the Position:

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for baking. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily production of a wide variety of baked goods.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare baking dough for bread, cookies, muffin batter and any other desserts according to Company standards
Follow recipes accurately, frost & decorate baked goods as applicable, order ingredient & packaging supplies, maintain and organize ingredient inventory
Keep display cases and other merchandising areas stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards
Adhere to food, health and safety standards at all times
Fulfill customer bakery orders or special orders as requested (i.e. catering orders)
Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe baking area
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
Any additional duties as required by Bakery Manager





What We Are Looking For:
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors
Ability to lift up to 20 kg is a definite asset
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Rate of Pay:

$16.35 – $20.96 per hour

Hours of Work:

24+ hours per week; Nights; Monday to Friday and Weekends as needed.
