Ladurée is a world renowned French luxury patisserie founded in 1862. Ladurée is best known for its exquisite collection of macarons, as well as their other high-end and sought-after pastries and treats.

Ladurée Canada are looking for experienced Manager to oversee Ladurée Vancouver operations. Ladurée Vancouver currently consists of Ladurée Boutique & Tea Salon, two Ladurée points of sale at Vancouver Airport, Ladurée Pastry Laboratory, catering services, corporate and online sales.

Ladurée Vancouver Manager would be supporting the company through further growth and expansion.

Job description:

· Manage all daily operational aspects for the entire Ladurée Vancouver

· Ensures the quality of products sold and the retail presentation are in accordance with Ladurée Paris standards

· Ensures smooth running of service and operations

· Ensures optimum customer satisfaction, loyalty, and develops clientele base

· Dealing with various suppliers for boutique and kitchen needs

· Complies with administrative and financial procedures of the store

· Identifies and implements hiring and training needs

· Train new employees





· Ensures the implementation of health and safety standard

· Keeps track of employees: schedules, absences, etc.

· Controls inventory management

Skills required:

· A minimum of 2 years experience in retail, hospitality or food and beverage industry

· Attention to details and appreciation of luxury products

· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service as expected in luxury industry

· Experience with managing operations of a retail store, restaurant or café

· Qualified appearance, proper grooming, and presentation

· Experience working with POS, inventory system.

· Strong computer user skills of all Office applications and ability to learn new software applications

· Fluent in English and strong communication skills
