Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, quotations, returns, damages, and general account support.
Enter, modify, track, and expedite customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate with customers through email, phone, chat, and online ordering platforms.
Research order issues and coordinate with internal departments to identify timely solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and account information in company systems.
