We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Punjabi Speaking Health Care Aide to join our vibrant care team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance and support to clients in various care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Support patients with medication administration according to care plans and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Conduct light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, especially those experiencing dementia or hospice care needs
Assist with mobility and transfer techniques using proper lifting methods to ensure safety for both client and caregiver




Document care activities accurately in client records and communicate updates to the healthcare team effectively

Qualifications
Proven experience working as a health care aide or caregiver in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments
Fluency in Punjabi is essential for effective communication with clients and their families
Knowledge of patient care practices, including dementia, hospice, senior care, and disability support
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
Robust skills in meal preparation, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
Certification as a health care aide or relevant training is highly desirable
