Duties
Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to with excellent phone etiquette
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and maintaining product availability on the sales floor
Perform cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Maintain organized records of sales transactions,
inventory levels, and customer interactions
Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customers
Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy workplace
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are essential
Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or retail operations will help you excel in this role
