As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team of multidisciplinary specialists.

Key Qualifications/ Primary Duties:
High School Diploma; Diploma / Certificate in Medical Office Administration
Experience with Jane App
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a physiotherapy clinic
Experience with EHC billing is required
Detail oriented, reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient care
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Complete reception tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Assist patients with initial paperwork, verify insurance coverage and eligibility
Schedule and coordinate appointments, submit claims to insurance companies
Maintain equipment and ensure the therapy area is clean and organized
Day, evening and weekend availability
