About the role:

We are a busy real estate team in Surrey looking for a creative, reliable content creator to grow our social media presence and market our listings. You will plan, shoot, edit, and post content that brings in buyers and sellers.

What you will do:

Shoot and edit photos, video walkthroughs, and short reels for recent listings

Create "just listed", "open house", and "just sold" posts

Film and edit on-camera content: market updates, buyer and seller tips, neighbourhood tours

Come up with content ideas and write short scripts and captions

Plan a monthly content calendar and post 3 to 5 times a week

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Reply to comments and DMs and pass leads to the team quickly

Design flyers, feature sheets, and graphics in Canva

[Set up and monitor paid ads on Instagram and Facebook]

Send a monthly report on reach, follower growth, and leads

Make sure all content follows BCFSA advertising rules

What we are looking for:





1+ year of experience creating social media content (real estate experience is a robust asset)

Strong video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Comfortable with Canva and Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook tools

Good written English for captions and listing descriptions

Own smartphone or camera with good video quality [gimbal or drone is a plus]

Valid driver's licence and a vehicle to get to listings

Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines

[Punjabi or Hindi is an asset]
