Mac’s Transport Services has been a trusted name in transportation since 1999. Based in Langley, BC, we are a full-truckload carrier servicing British Columbia, Alberta, and the Western United States. We specialize in cross-border freight and take pride in being a reliable, essential partner in the supply chain.

We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and drivers
Plan and coordinate schedules, trips, and manifests
Dispatch drivers efficiently while meeting company and customer expectations
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries based on customer requirements
Communicate delays proactively and collaborate on solutions
Liaise with Fleet Maintenance regarding equipment or mechanical issues
Perform additional dispatch and operational duties as required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
Strong trip planning skills, including use of maps and routing tools




Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Robust organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Positive, team-first attitude with a professional demeanor
