The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting clients by assessing their civil enforcement needs, and coordinating services to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' instructions.
Relay information to our bailiffs on behalf of our clients.
Monitor bailiff progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Facilitate communication between clients, debtors, Bailiffs, and service providers to ensure files are being worked efficiently.
Provide support and guidance to clients in navigating available resources and services.
Follow up with Bailiffs as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Communicate with service providers on behalf of clients to secure necessary resources.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, Bailiff progress notes,
and seizures.

Experience
Proven experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English
A background in customer service with a focus on clients
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Critical thinking and problem solving

Ability to work in quick paced workplace
Detailed data entry
Strong computer skills, typing
Collections experience is an asset
Strong phone and email etiquette
