Our front desk sets the tone for every visit. We’re looking for a part time team member who can run that desk on a busy weekends or when vacation coverage required, and step onto the spa floor when the circuit needs another set of hands.

About Drift Away

Drift Away Wellness Spa is Calgary’s largest indoor Nordic spa. Guests move through our Contrast & Halo Therapy circuit (sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, Kneipp path, and salt chamber), and book private beer and seaweed wellness baths and massage. We’re open 9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.

About the role

Some of your shifts will be at the front desk: checking guests in, managing bookings, and serving drinks. On other shifts you’ll work as a spa attendant, keeping guests secure and the circuit and bath rooms ready. We train you in both before your first solo shift.

What you’ll do

· Check guests in, confirm waivers, and schedule each guest’s salt chamber session.

· Take bookings by phone, email, and walk-in, and process payments.

· Serve drinks from our menu, including alcohol, responsibly.





· Introduce guests to our memberships and Drift Points loyalty program.

· Lead the shift when you’re on the desk, keeping attendants and guest flow on track.

· As an attendant: monitor the circuit, reset bath rooms between sessions, and keep change rooms and wet areas clean and stocked.

What you need

· 18 or older (the role includes serving alcohol).

· At least one year in a customer-facing role: front desk, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage.

· Experience with a booking, reservation, or point-of-sale system.

· Weekend and holiday availability, including closing shifts that end after 11 pm.

· AGLC ProServe and Standard First Aid with CPR/AED (Level C), or willingness to get both within 30 days of hire.

Nice to have

· Front desk experience at a spa, hotel, or fitness facility.

· Experience with HelmBot or similar spa booking software.

· Experience serving alcohol in a licensed venue.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
