We're growing, and we're looking for three experienced Case Processing Officers to join our Surrey team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process visa applications and related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will be key to supporting our clients’ immigration journeys. As a Case Processing Officer, you will prepare, review, and manage immigration applications from intake through submission. You'll work closely with our consultants to make sure every file is complete, accurate, and fully compliant with IRCC requirements.

Responsibilities
Prepare and submit immigration applications across temporary and permanent residence programs




Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Track file progress and respond to IRCC requests, updates, and deadlines
Communicate with clients to gather information and keep them informed
Maintain accurate, organized case records

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience processing Canadian immigration applications
Strong working knowledge of Canadian immigration programs (study permits, work permits, visitor visas, PR pathways such as Express Entry and PNPs)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
A clean, verifiable qualified record
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines

Location: Surrey, BC (work from office only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
