Afterschool Program Assistant Supervisor — LearnStar Beachy Cove Elementary

Location: AWH Community Center, 5 RC Church Drive
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30–6:00 p.m.
Pay: $19.50 per hour

Enjoy working with children and supporting a great team? LearnStar is looking for a caring, reliable Assistant Supervisor to help our Beachy Cove afterschool program run smoothly.

What you’ll do:
Support the Supervisor with daily program routines and staff coordination.
Help supervise children and maintain a safe, inclusive setting.
Assist with homework, games, and creative activities.
Encourage positive behaviour and help children feel supported.
Assist with family communication, room setup, and daily cleanup.

Robust communication and organization skills.
Leadership experience is an asset.
Current Standard First Aid certification is required.
You must have a completed Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check before applying.
