Nathan’s Jerk is looking for a reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We serve bold Caribbean-inspired food in a busy restaurant environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys cooking, stays organized during service and takes pride in serving consistently positive food.

Experience with Caribbean food is not required. We provide recipes and training on our menu.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and portion standards
Complete daily food preparation, including cutting, seasoning and properly storing ingredients
Set up and stock your station before service
Prepare orders accurately and on time during busy periods
Check food quality, freshness and presentation
Follow food-safety, sanitation and allergen procedures
Clean and organize workstations, equipment and kitchen areas
Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams throughout service

What We’re Looking For
At least one year of restaurant kitchen experience is preferred
Comfortable working on a busy cooking line




Dependable, punctual and ready for scheduled shifts
Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent portions
Organized with robust attention to detail
Willing to help with both cooking and food preparation
Able to communicate and work well with a team
Food Handler Certification is an asset

Culinary school is not required. We value practical kitchen experience, reliability and a willingness to learn.
