Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who can provide top-notch table service while also crafting expertly made cocktails at the bar. You’ll be a key part of creating memorable dining moments, whether you're recommending dishes, shaking up signature margaritas, or guiding guests through our curated tequila and mezcal selection.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings
Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
Handle payments and operate POS system
Ensure compliance with all AGLC (Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis) regulations
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service




Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our fine dining standards
Maintaining clean washrooms, service areas, polish cutleries, glasses and fold them in cloth

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a quick-paced or fine dining environment
ProServe certification (required)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, particularly tequila and mezcal
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Must be 18 years or older
