Your skills
Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, desktop support, or help desk functions
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and standard end-user systems
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Ability to follow process, document work, and learn quickly
Familiarity with ticketing systems or service request tools preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your tasks

– Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

– Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues

– Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems

– Support installations, configurations, and device setups

– Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities

– Maintain accurate service records, inventory,



and documentation

– Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians

– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
