We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Temporary Physical Therapist to assist with Stroke related recovery
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by planning and implementing effective physical and recreational therapy to a senior male with full cognitive abilities, limited speech skills. Your expertise will help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote social recovery for individual in his home environment . This paid position is ideal for motivated male with experience in dealing with Asphasia patients. eager to make a meaningful impact on improvements already made through Rehab.
Duties
Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery Including Socializing
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate closely with family care providers to ensure cohesive patient care.
Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes
Educate patient and the families on exercises, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to support ongoing recovery.
Maintain a safe and clean treatment setting
Experience
Prior experience working with stroke victims is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience providing physical therapy and recreational therapy
Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
