Tasks and responsibilities
- Verify and safely dispense specialty medications
- Review and interpret prescriptions with clinical diligence
- Identify, document and prevent drug interactions
- Monitor and optimize medication therapies
- Report significant adverse drug reactions and clinical incidents
- Communicate with empathy, clarity and professionalism
- Build meaningful relationships based on patients’ needs

Skills and qualifications
- Valid licence to practise pharmacy in Quebec
- Experience in a Canadian pharmacy is an asset, but not a requirement
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity, ability to learn quickly, and analytical thinking
- Comfort with digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
