What You’ll Do
Assist with pressure washing and soft washing of walkways, building exteriors, parkades, patios, and interlock surfaces
Help with gutter cleaning, debris removal, and basic site cleanup before and after each job
Support window cleaning and exterior glass work on residential and commercial properties
Load/unload equipment, hoses, ladders, and supplies; keep trucks and trailers organized
Set up job sites: move furniture/planters as needed, protect landscaping and adjacent surfaces
Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and work carefully around tenants and occupied buildings
Communicate clearly with the lead/crew about site conditions, access issues, and job progress
Maintain a skilled appearance and attitude on every property we service

What We’re Looking For

Required
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record




Able to perform physical outdoor labour (lifting 50+ lbs, ladders, bending, standing for full shifts)
Reliable attendance and punctuality — our clients schedule around us
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, and cold
Basic English communication (follow instructions, flag issues on site)
Legally entitled to work in Canada

Preferred
Experience with pressure washers, ladders, or exterior cleaning
Construction, landscaping, or maintenance labour background
WHMIS certification
Comfortable working at heights (ladder work)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
