Northway Glass is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll help answer questions, coordinate orders, provide product information, process insurance-related claims, and ensure customers receive skilled and timely service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, and service requests
Prepare and process customer orders accurately
Handle and coordinate ICBC glass claims and related paperwork
Coordinate with our installers
Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries or installations
Follow up with customers regarding orders and service
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Perform basic accounting and administrative duties
Use Sage Accounting for relevant bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every customer
Qualifications & Skills
Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset
Experience with Sage Accounting is an asset
Experience processing ICBC claims is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience in the glass, automotive, construction, building materials, or home improvement industry is an asset
