We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, understands the Canadian Electrical Code, and communicates clearly with clients and colleagues.
WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN
Our operations are growing, and we need a dependable Electrician who can handle a variety of projects. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of on-site work and remote coordination as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems
Inspect and test electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switches
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform effective repairs
Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code and local regulations
Complete work orders and document materials used
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and renovation projects
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent
Registered Apprentice Electricians are also encouraged to apply
Experience in residential and commercial electrical work
Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Authorization to work in Canada
