We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecommunications Manager to lead and support our field technician team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support telecommunications sales initiatives, with a strong focus on TSP sales.
Use your sales experience to coach, train, and mentor technicians on effective sales techniques.
Educate technicians on how to identify customer needs and recommend the right telecommunications products and services.
Help technicians build confidence in presenting and explaining products, promotions, and available services to customers.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Work closely with technicians to identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Previous management or leadership experience in telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of fibre, Internet, TV, and telecommunications installations.
Experience managing field technicians is an asset.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between work locations when required.
