Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and inquiries
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation tasks
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the concession area in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with serving and food handling is a plus
Experience with cashiering systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
