Unified LLP is a growing multi-practice law firm serving clients in Family Law, Employment & Disability. We are looking for a reliable and qualified Intake Assistant to be the first point of contact for new clients and support our intake and scheduling operations.
Responsibilities
Answer and route high-volume calls and emails.
Collect intake information and assess which practice group the matter belongs to.
Schedule consultations and manage calendars (Clio/Calendly).
Enter and maintain accurate intake data in Clio Grow.
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Send retainer packages and assist clients with next steps.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused tone at all times.
Qualifications
1–3 years administrative, receptionist, customer service,
or intake experience.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and contemporary call systems.
Law firm experience or knowledge of legal intake is an asset.
Experience with Clio or similar software preferred.
