We are currently accepting applications for a Deck Builder/Fencing Helper to join our team. Requirements:
Assist the foreman in the day-to-day construction of decks, including framing, decking, and railing installation
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and composite materials to accurate specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Help load and unload materials, keep the job site clean and organized
Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure projects stay on schedule
Perform basic layout and leveling tasks as directed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on-site

Qualifications:
1+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic may be considered)
Comfortable using power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)




Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
