TELUS Sales Consultant: Mobility & Home Services (Full time, Temporary)
Communications Group Lethbridge (2023) Ltd. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our TELUS retail team. This is a full time temporary position starting November 1, 2026, or sooner for the right candidate, running approximately 6 months, with the potential to become a permanent role depending on business needs.
What you'll do
Help customers choose and manage TELUS mobility and home services, matching them with the right products and plans for their needs
Assist customers with device repairs, from intake through pickup
Stay current on TELUS promotions, pricing, and procedures by reviewing the daily online bulletins
Keep your product knowledge sharp through ongoing technology updates and training across both mobility and home services
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member
Handle light bookkeeping, including processing payments and invoicing
Assist customers with in-store purchases such as cellular accessories
Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver a great customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous wireless or home services experience (required)
Customer service experience (required)
TELUS-specific sales experience (an asset)
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn about devices and troubleshooting
Computer literacy, including MS Word and accounting software
Robust typing, communication, and multitasking skills
A positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
What we offer
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break (12:00 to 1:00 pm)
Weekends and statutory holidays off
TELUS-specific training provided
Starting pay of $17-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
