Employee Benefits Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for analyzing the sustainability and profitability of group insurance solutions provided to our clients. This is a full time, hybrid work arrangement position.

Here is what a typical day looks like
Prepare proposals for our internal Employee Benefits sales team to support new business objectives
Conduct comparisons and evaluate risk to determine pricing for various proposals
Support the Employee Perks Service team in consideration of plan design changes for existing clients




Ensure accuracy and consistency in application of analysis practices
Continuously apply knowledge of current/emerging analysis technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives

The value you bring
Degree/Diploma in Business, or equivalent working experience
1 year of experience in an Analyst or Underwriter position an asset
MS Office Proficiency; with an emphasis on Excel
Robust attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing

Role Details
Hours/Duration: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid in Winnipeg, 2 days per week in office
