Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Specialist (Administration) to help us champion HSEQ and foster a culture of continuous improvement with our Logistics Clients. In this vital role, you will support various levels of the Client organization initiatives to ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote best practices, and support training and development programs.

You must be entrepreneurial minded. Our goal is to establish and/or reinforce a strong, HSEQ foundation, driving operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

Duties
Manage and maintain all HSE documentation
Coordinate and facilitate safety training sessions
Assist in the implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures aligned with Client and legal/regulatory requirements
HSEQ policies and procedures
Risk assessments, Safety Meetings, Hazard ID's, Inspections etc.
Prep all incident investigations
Monitor all Compliance Softwares, including Client Safety statistics
Foster a culture of eduction and safety awareness
Track training completion, certifications, and ongoing development activities for employees

Skills




Above average attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Strong understanding of health, safety, workplace, and quality standards
Excellent communication skills
Strong MS Office skills
Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices related to manufacturing operations

NOTE: This is primarily a remote work position. Rarely, if ever, will the position holder be required to attend Client meeting(s) in person.

Pay: $15.54-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
