We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barbering Instructor who wants to help train the next generation of barbers. If you love the barber industry and enjoy guiding others to build strong skills and confidence, this role may be a outstanding fit for you.

What you will do

Teach students core barbering skills like hair cutting techniques such as 90 degree and 180 degree cuts, fades, hot shaves, and styling

Guide students during hands on practice and help them improve their technique

Prepare and train students so they are ready and confident for their provincial barbering exam

Track student attendance, progress, and marks

Support students to complete their required quotas and clinic work

Coach students on professionalism so they feel confident when they start working in the industry

Help create a positive learning setting where students feel supported and motivated

What we are looking for:

Journeyman Barber or Hairstylist license is required

Red Seal is preferred





Strong barbering skills including fades, classic cuts, hot shaves, and styling

Passion for teaching and helping others succeed

Good communication and patience with students

Able to stand on your feet for the full shift in a busy learning clinic

Available to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
