Client Specific Required Duties:
Medication Reminders
Companionship/Dementia Care
Light housekeeping
Meal Preparation
Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living Assistance including Bathing/Showering Assistance
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
Accompany clients on outings (if needed, ex. grocery shopping)

General Caregiver Duties vary with each client but can include:
Companionship
Meal prep/cooking
Light housekeeping/laundry
Personal Care/toileting/showering
Medication supervision
Driving clients to appointments

Job Qualifications:





Completion of formal accredited caregiver training program (PSW/Personal Support Worker) and/or a combination of the equivalent education and experience needed. Must have reliable transportation.

CPR Certification – Current
Up to Immunizations:
Negative TB test
Diphtheria/Tetanus
MMR
Varicella/Zoster
Hepatitis B
COVID-19 fully vaccinated (as per current Public Health guidelines)
