We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Winward to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenue against forecasts
Prepare detailed reports on financial activities,



including account reconciliation summaries and cash flow statements

Qualifications
Proven experience with bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably using popular accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts accurately
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of financial reporting tools
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
