The Weigh and Help area is an significant part of our Cookroom operation, and we are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting, following instructions, paying close attention to weights and measurements, and maintaining high standards of food safety and workplace safety.

Duties include:

Assisting Cookroom operators with production activities

Physically able to meet job demands, including frequent standing and walking; lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional bending, pushing, and pulling; and performing repetitive manual tasks

· Following production instructions and completing required paperwork





· Maintaining accurate weights and measurements

· Keeping the work area clean and organized

· Following food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

· Working safely around production equipment and machinery

· Performing other Cookroom duties as required

Mandatory Three-Shift Rotation

This position requires employees to rotate between all three shifts as scheduled:
Days: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Afternoons: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Midnights: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Employees must be available and willing to work all three shifts. A permanent day, afternoon, or midnight shift is not available.

Our goal is to have successful employees complete the 90-working-day orientation/probationary period and continue their employment with Highbury Canco, based on performance, attendance, safety, and overall suitability for the position.

Pay: $19.15 per hour
