Willowdale Village is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes. Your role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while engaging in effective care planning for residents. You will promote a collaborative atmosphere and lead your team in timely execution of care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning processes
• Develop resident care plans using clinical assessment
• Promote communication among team members for resident care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• Minimum one year of nursing management experience
• Two years of professional nursing in long-term care

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
