In this critical role, the Clinical Manager oversees daily clinical operations while reporting to the Clinical Care and Residential Programs Director. You'll manage human resources, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines. Your expertise in geriatric care will guide decision-making and support for staff and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure comprehensive support for resident and family care needs
• Mentor and coach clinical staff to foster ethical practice
• Manage staffing needs for effective 24/7 clinical coverage




• Engage in continuous improvement of the Clinical Program
• Uphold compliance with health and safety legislation
Requirements:
• Current membership with a Regulated Health Discipline College
• BScN Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of health care experience
• 3 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and health care software
