We are looking for a highly skilled, effective, and reliable Machine Operator to assist our owner-operator with land scrubbing, grading, and site preparation at an industrial site in Richmond. We need a robust, quick-paced operator who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

You will work alongside our team to handle major machine work, place lock blocks, and assist with general site support when needed.

Duties Include:
Competently and efficiently operating a 30-ton excavator, skid steer, and loader on site.
Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely.
Helping guide and place lock blocks.
Following safety protocols and instructions clearly (must be able to follow instructions in English).
Carrying out site clean-up, organization, and general manual labour support (lifting up to 50 lbs consistently) as required.





Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven, solid experience as a heavy equipment operator—must be fully fluent and competent with excavators and loaders.
Must be punctual, reliable, and show up on time.
Strictly drug-free workplace.
Must have your own PPE: Hard hat, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility reflective gear.

Schedule:
Shift: 8 hours per day (some potential for overtime, though not expected).
Start time: Early morning start, wrapping up around 3:00 PM.
