Sweet Castle Bakery is a European-inspired, celiac-safe, gluten-free and vegan-friendly bakery café in Edmonton, looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages
Provide great customer service in a rapid-paced environment
Take orders and operate the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the café and equipment
Assist with light food/pastry service
Follow celiac-protected food handling protocols (training provided)
Requirements:
Barista or customer service experience preferred
Passion for coffee and hospitality
Solid communication and teamwork skills
