We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services and amenities
Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
Manage phone calls and reservations using the hotel's phone systems
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




Solid hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering top-notch guest services
Ability to work effectively at the front desk, multitasking between various duties
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse guests
