About Us
Prestige Collision Repairs Ltd. is a busy auto body and collision repair shop in Brampton serving both retail customers and insurance clients. We're looking for a front desk CSR who can be the first face our customers see and keep our shop running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Greet customers and manage the front desk/reception area
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the shop calendar
Provide customers with updates on repair status
Process payments and invoices
Liaise with insurance adjusters and companies on claims
Maintain organized customer files and repair paperwork
Support estimators and technicians with day-to-day admin tasks

What You Bring
Previous customer service or front desk experience (auto/collision industry is an asset,



not required)
Robust communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (Punjabi/English) an asset
Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a quick-paced shop setting

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
