We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Duties
Perform skilled nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations
Upsell additional services and retail products such as nail care treatments, hand creams, or polish to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive, energetic workplace that encourages repeat visits
Keep workstations clean,
organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times
Follow all health regulations and safety protocols related to sanitation and infection control
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a qualified salon or spa setting
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and products including gel, acrylics, and nail art
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally during consultations
Commitment to maintaining impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting product lines effectively
