Job Overview
Our Parts Department at Halton Honda is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and accessories, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right parts for their vehicles. The candidate must be a friendly, motivated, team-player who can multitask and adapt to a fast pace dynamic working setting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles.

· Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and compatibility.

· Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.

· Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians.

· Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department.

· Keep up to date with the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

· Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.





· Saturday work in mandatory for this role.

· Provide backup for parts driver (deliver parts, pick up returns etc.)

· Maintain a professional appearance.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Minimum high school education

· Previous experience in an automotive parts advisor role is preferred.

· Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is essential.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a quick-paced and team-oriented environment.

· Proficient in computer software and parts catalog systems.

· PBS experience will be an asset.

Valid driver's license is with clean record is essential.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
