Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in preparing high-quality beverages in a quick-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or as a barista is an asset; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards
Operate POS systems (including Micros POS) for order processing and cash handling
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and service stations
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience
Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Experience




Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed

Pay: $17.60 per hour
