Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, with a focus on breads.
Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistent quality and taste
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and packaging procedures
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about our baked products and offering recommendations
Experience
Previous experience working in a bakery is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, baking, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking and food production
Robust understanding of food safety regulations within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests
