Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Winter Staff. This position is essential for maintaining our outdoor spaces during the winter months, ensuring that all landscaping and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Ideal candidates will have a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance, with a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive workplace.
Pay a monthly guarantee of 130hours and if over the season hours worked are greater than 650 hours a bonus will be paid.
Duties
Operate machinery for snow removal and landscape maintenance tasks.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic mechanical maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects related to landscaping and outdoor spaces.
Experience
Previous experience in snow removal is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with snow equipment, shovels, Backpack Blowers, Sweepers, Snow Throwers, Snoraiders a bonus.
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial.
Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely in various weather conditions.
