The Olive Branch - Charcuterie Bar is expanding and we are looking for individuals to join our dynamic culinary team as a Cook/Kitchen Hand, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences. This role offers an exciting prospect to develop your skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Duties include: Your contribution will be vital to delivering top-quality service to our guests. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation by chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and cooks
Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Help with food handling and storage in accordance with food safety regulations to prevent contamination
Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently




Support serving staff by preparing garnishes or assisting with plating when needed
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or kitchen work is preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards
Hospitality or restaurant experience, including meal preparation is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week
