Rocvent is seeking a shop labourer to help support our team with mining and tunnelling ventilation product assembly, from our Chelmsford, Ontario location. This position requires someone who is willing to learn various aspects of our product assembly, meeting daily targets, and working well within a team environment. Positive work ethic and good attendance is required.

· Following 6-months of service your health care and pension plan will become effective.

· Ventilation product assembly could include positions such as sewing, HR welding, hot air ringing, spiral machine and accessory manufacturing.

· Training provided in-house; no previous experience is required.

Your Key Responsibilities/Expectations

· Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.

· Must have positive verbal communication skills.

· Must have good coordination and time management skills.





· Must have the ability to quickly learn current skills.

· Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in completion of tasks.

· A personal mode of transportation or a means of transportation is required to meet scheduled shift expectations.

· Hours of operation : 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fridays 8 :00 am to 4:30 pm.

· The successful candidate will be placed on one of two regular shifts; either Monday to Thursday, 10- hour shifts OR Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts.
