Hank’s Feedmill Service Ltd. is a family operated company located in Picture Butte. We service and maintain many local agricultural companies in the Lethbridge area, as well design and erect facilities from start to finish. HFS is currently recruiting a full time estimator. This position includes but is not limited company vehicle, cell phone and your own office space.
Responsibilities will include estimating shop fabrications, as well as site specific projects. Applicant will travel to site as needed, obtain measurements and all other information required to provide an accurate estimate. Duties also include talking to customers, obtaining pricing from sub trades, equipment suppliers and fabrication to put together a complete estimate package. Meet with subtrades on site as needed to show them what they are quoting. Coordinate with HFS draftsmen and managers to layout projects and review estimates. Procurement of all parts, equipment and subtrades once jobs are approved.
The successful candidate will preferably have 1 -2 years previous experience or a clear desire to learn. Along with the necessary experience,
the applicant should have a strong work ethic and a safety-conscious attitude. The wage for this position is negotiable depending on experience levels. Advantages include paid health perks, RRSP group plan, fuel discounts, annual bonuses and leisure day/afternoons.
