Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Driver for Seniors Home & Maintenance to provide protected, reliable transportation and maintenance support for our senior residents. This vital role ensures residents can access essential appointments, social activities, and community events while maintaining a comfortable, well-kept environment. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and enhance the quality of life for our seniors.

Duties
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport seniors to medical appointments, shopping trips, recreational activities, and other outings.
Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, offering respectful and compassionate support.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in friendly conversations and addressing residents’ needs courteously.
Assist with light maintenance tasks around the facility, including minor repairs, furniture moving, or yard work as needed.
Handle heavy lifting of supplies or furniture safely,



following proper lifting techniques.
Maintain accurate logs of trips, vehicle maintenance records, and resident interactions.

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in commercial driving or transportation services.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact positively with residents.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing a high standard of care.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
