Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks in various facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
Use hand tools and power tools to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Restock supplies as needed
Perform heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic hand tools
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and operating power tools
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
