Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash register operations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service




Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Able to lift 50Lbs
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Experience with Micros POS or similar systems is a plus
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if required

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
